Jinan Tianchen Aluminum Doors & Windows Machinery Co.,Ltd is subordinate to the China biggest Windows & Doors machinery manufacturer-Jinan Tianchen Machine Group Co.,Ltd.
It was established in October 2001 as the first professional manufacturer for aluminum windows & doors, taking the 鈥淒o the newest, Do the best鈥 as its concept from its beginning. It aims to produce the middle and top grade of aluminum windows and doors equipment. It will promote the Chinese aluminum windows and doors industry.
In February 2002, it developed series products such as the synchronized corner-crimping machine LMB-120 and four-head corner crimping machine, and among those products, 6 items won the patent.
In May 2003, it developed the first domestic Digital Control Four-head Corner Crimping Machine and double-head corner-crimping machine; and based on these and other machines such as Digital Control Double-head Cutting Saw and Digital Display Corner Connector Cutting Saw etc. The company was awarded by Shandong Province Technology Authenticate Center.
In October 2004, it developed the first domestic three-axis five side CNC processing center, which is be praised by the China Construction Metal Structure Association as 鈥渋t filled in the gap in the national industry, and the imported products can be completely replaced鈥; In the same year, it developed the series of curtain wall equipment such as profile milling machine, profile tenon milling machine and notch saw. In December, our company is determined as 鈥淭echnology Center of Shandong Province鈥.
In 2005, the 鈥淲EGOT鈥 brand is registered and promoted.
In the August 2005, the first four-axis processing center and three axis double worktable-processing center are developed, and equip the production curtain walls enterprise with large quantities.
In 2006, the first CNC double-head cutting saw with features of closed-loop and advanced feeding function was developed, and the single-head cutting saw, end milling machine, and copy routing machine are made by us for curtain wall enterprise.
In February 2007, we have exported the first CNC processing machine from Chinese market to United States. At the same year, total annual sales volume reached US$15million
